The Racer’s Group (TRG) welcomes their newest team partner, RingCentral, to their enviable motorsports family. This fellow Bay Area company is the largest and fastest-growing pure-play cloud enterprise communications and collaboration application provider, and is the latest addition to an ever-increasing group of technology leaders who are members of the team’s race weekend hospitality events. TRG is pleased to activate their relationship with this innovative company during a very important “home race” weekend: the Pirelli World Challenge at Sonoma Raceway, September 16-18; and during the Lone Star Le Mans racing event over the same weekend in Austin, Texas.

RingCentral guests are part of an all-access, multi-day event with the TRG-Aston Martin Racing team at Sonoma. In addition to enjoying an immersive experience with the drivers in the paddock and with the crew on the pit wall, they’ll also mingle and network with TRG’s current partners and guests, taking advantage of ample B2B opportunities while gazing over the beautiful Sonoma Valley from the buzzing, hillside LaSalle Solutions and Crowdstrike hospitality area. RingCentral invitees are also welcomed to the team’s annual party at their nearby Petaluma headquarters, which always attracts motorsports industry executives, team principals, media, and a network of VIPs amassed over the team’s 20+ years of professional racing.

“We’re excited to kick off this new relationship with TRG, where we will have the opportunity to engage our customers and prospects in a unique and exclusive environment,” said Marty Piombo, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at RingCentral. “As we drive full speed ahead with our core business initiatives, TRG’s access to high-end racing events will enable us to forge new relationships and further foster existing relationships in an unforgettable setting.”

“This is an awesome first event for our fantastic new partners at RingCentral,” said Kevin Buckler, CEO. “They, like a lot of our tech partners, have decided to check out the motorsports world as a great place to do business. They see the unique values we offer in client entertainment, relationship management and strong B2B opportunities. GT racing is where it’s at! I’m very happy to welcome them to the TRG family.”

RingCentral’s brand presence is spread across multiple nationwide racing series thanks to the TRG motorsports marketing platform. The familiar blue-and-orange logo is found on the Aston Martin V12, which races in the IMSA WeatherTech series in the GTD class, the Aston Martin V8 Vantages, which race in the Pirelli World Challenge in the GTS class, and the Lamborghini Huracán, which races in the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo North America series.
