BIO:As an avid race car enthusiast, Kurtz has been racing competitively since 2009. He started his racing career in the Radical Cup series in the high-downforce SR3 class. Over his racing career, Kurtz has raced across the U.S. and Canada at many of the most iconic tracks. With over 100 races and many podiums to his credit, Kurtz won the SR3 Radical Cup championship in 2012. In addition to sprint racing, Kurtz often participates in many of the most grueling endurance races and captured the E-SR class win for the 2012 25 Hours of Thunderhill. Kurtz has blended his passion for racing with his dedication to building world class companies. As a serial entrepreneur, Kurtz co-founded his second company CrowdStrike. As the company’s CEO, he is focused on driving a high-performance team to help secure the planet from cyber-attacks. Though he is busy traveling the globe, he will join team drivers Derek DeBoer, Jason Alexandridis, Kris Wilson, Greg Milzcik and Max Riddle, driving the high-performance Aston Martin.
Founded in 2011, CrowdStrike is the leader in next-generation endpoint protection, threat intelligence and response services. CrowdStrike’s core technology, the CrowdStrike Falcon™ platform, stops breaches by using a combination of machine learning and advanced graph analytics. CrowdStrike has revolutionized endpoint protection by being the first and only company to unify three crucial elements: next-generation antivirus, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and a 24/7 managed hunting service — uniquely delivered via the cloud in a single lightweight sensor. Falcon uses the patent-pending CrowdStrike Threat Graph™ to analyze and correlate billions of events in real time, providing complete protection and five-second visibility across all endpoints. Many of the world’s largest Fortune 500 organizations already put their trust in CrowdStrike. CrowdStrike is backed by iconic investors, including Google, Accel, and Warburg Pincus.
