Team Staging Exclusive Lifestyle Events, Promotions In Florida Heading Into Sebring

SEBRING, Fla. (Friday, March 7, 2014) – The championship-winning TRG-AMR North America sports car team never sits still in its effort to reach victory lane – or to help commercial partners win the race for substantial results.

TRG-AMR is promoting its partnership with Bayshore Capital Inc. to drive ownership opportunities at the exciting proposed Residences at Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach through a variety of events and activation activities over a 10-day span in Florida. Every one leads into the team’s competition in the prestigious Twelve Hours of Sebring TUDOR United SportsCar Championship event March 15 at Sebring International Raceway in Sebring, Fla.

Exclusive lifestyle events and promotions are taking place in Naples, Amelia Island, Orlando and Sebring to create additional exposure for the Residences at Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach. Bayshore Capital intends to develop the luxury property on 10 acres of oceanfront on A1A, less than three-quarters of a mile south of the famous Daytona Beach pier. The dynamic project will consist of 99 luxury Residences on the 11 floors above the proposed Hard Rock Hotel. Two floors additionally will be reserved for Penthouses. Bayshore Capital is the sole developer of the planned project and is marketing the Residences under a license agreement from Hard Rock.

Wednesday, March 5: Wine dinner, Naples National Golf Club, Naples: TRG-AMR Chief Executive Officer Kevin Buckler also owns Adobe Road Winery, an award-winning Sonoma boutique winery located near the team’s headquarters in Petaluma, Calif. Buckler often hosts lavish, intimate wine dinners featuring Adobe Road wines for local business leaders and VIP customers at top-rated restaurants and venues in race markets.

One of those private, exclusive wine dinners took place at the Naples National Golf Club, where the team’s GT4 Vantage Challenge Series race car and the No. 007 Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 race car were on display with a striking new livery featuring the Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach.

Thursday, March 6: Magic Under The Mangroves, Naples: TRG-AMR again displayed the team’s GT4 and its No. 007 Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 race cars, featuring the Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach livery, this time at the 10th annual gala dinner and auction fundraiser for the Conservancy of Southwest Florida, which works to protect the water, land, wildlife and future of the region. This amazing event brought together some of Florida’s best and introduced the new TRG-Aston Martin Racing program, Adobe Road Wines and the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship to a fantastic audience.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 7-9, Festivals of Speed, Amelia Island: TRG-AMR will display the Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach livery on its No. 007 Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 race car at the prestigious Festivals of Speed at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort. Informational material for the Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach also will be displayed, including multimedia and a 5-foot-by-8-foot artist’s rendering of the Daytona Beach skyline featuring the Residences tower on the beach and the close proximity of Daytona International Speedway. Representatives will be on hand for inquiries about ownership opportunities, including Buckler and Bayshore Capital executives to connect with potential buyers.

Monday, March 10, Adobe Road Wine Dinner, Eddie V’s Prime Seafood, Orlando: Another Sebring market wine dinner will take place at the iconic Eddie V’s restaurant in Orlando and will put the Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach into the spotlight through a display of the team’s GT4 and the No. 007 Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 race cars and informational materials for the property.

Tuesday, March 11, Reception, Aston Martin Orlando: TRG-AMR will display its Team cars and transporter during an evening reception for invited guests, including Aston Martin customers, at this elite dealership. The reception will feature hors d’oeuvres and wine from award-winning Adobe Road Winery.

Multimedia and other promotional materials for the proposed Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach will be on site, with Buckler and Bayshore executives also promoting the Residences to their network of Central Florida contacts.

Wednesday, March 12, Wine Reception, Sebring International Raceway: TRG-AMR will conduct a wine reception for invited guests in the paddock at the historic Sebring circuit on the evening before the No. 07 and No. 09 Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge GT4’s and the No. 007 Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 roar in anger on the historic track.

The cars will be on display, and Residences multimedia and informational material will be available for those interested in ownership opportunities.

Thursday, March 13-Saturday, March 15, Sebring International Raceway: Promotional efforts will continue throughout on-track activity during the prestigious Twelve Hours of Sebring, which draws six-figure event crowds.

TRG-AMR and Bayshore Capital will entertain guests and potential Residents at the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach customers in a suite at the Chateau Elan Hotel and Conference Center adjacent to the historic circuit. A Residences display featuring multimedia and the 5-foot-by-8-foot artists’ rendering of the transformed Daytona Beach skyline featuring the property also will be viewed by thousands of fans in the paddock during the event weekend.

The proposed Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach also will be promoted heavily at all of these events on all TRG-AMR social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

The new partnership and activation between TRG-AMR and Bayshore Capital expands a program that began at the Rolex 24 At Daytona in late January at Daytona International Speedway, a classic global race in which TRG-AMR has won the GT class four times since 2002.

Bayshore conducted a VIP WORLD PREVIEW of the Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach during the Rolex 24 at Daytona event, including an invitation-only VIP Launch Party in the Infield Display Area at Daytona International Speedway.
