TORONTO, Ca. (July 18, 2014) – After nearly a month since the previous race, TRG-Aston Martin Racing North America (TRG-AMR) return to compete at the Honda Indy Toronto GP. The three car GTS class Aston Martin Vantage GT4 contingent returns to competition hungry to take some early season promise and deliver season best finishes. The traditional venue at Exhibition Place in Toronto will host the Pirelli World Challenge with races on Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

Nick Esayian returns to Toronto for his fourth time, along with the Pirelli World Challenge series in the last ten season. Esayian has worked hard with the TRG-AMR team to fine tune the performance of his No. 34 Natural Cures Vantage GT4.

He will undoubtedly have experience on his side in his pursuit of second half of the season podiums.

Drew Regitz continues to show that he has the pace to run with the leaders in his No. 02 Aston Martin. He has spent this month off working hard to familiarize himself with the temporary street course in Toronto. His hard work in preparing and his pace will hopefully lead to a podium this weekend as well. The TRG-AMR team and Regitz know that they have all of the elements necessary to be a contender.

First year driver to Pirelli World Challenge, Jorge De La Torre has made a steady climb in pace as his season has continued. He is now out of college and his engineering studies for the summer. This has allowed him to diligently work on his training and focus on learning the fast and fun Exhibition Place circuit. Look for De La Torre in the No. 04 GT4 to build up his pace as the sessions continue leading into the two races on Saturday and Sunday.

Kevin Buckler, CEO, TRG-AMR North America, LLC:

“I know all of the guys are really excited about this weekend at Toronto. All of our drivers are on their “A” game for this one and the crew has been working diligently to prepare three excellent racecars. This is always a great race but the Canadian motorsports fans are just the best and this event is always well done. We are looking forward to a strong result!!”
