Long Beach, CA (April 23, 2015)… The streets of Long Beach are always exciting, and this year’s Grand Prix of Long Beach Pirelli World Challenge race was no exception. After a long weekend of practice and qualifying, Team Driver Christina Nielsen was ready to tackle the street course for the first time in her racing career, starting the No. 7 Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 from the fifth position on the grid. In a race marred with multiple racing incidents, Nielsen drove clean and fast and finished a solid 4th position ahead of some very experienced professional drivers.

Nielsen and the entire TRG-AMR Team were fresh from the team’s recent successful Partnership Summit, hosted in Silicon Valley and featured over 50 guests and speakers from all corners of tech, motorsport, media, and other key industries. Team owner and CEO Kevin Buckler put on this summit, the second in the past six months, to help foster new relationships into the world of motorsports.

The team will be heading to Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Alabama for the next round of both GTA and GTS Pirelli World Challenge competition.
