The TRG-Aston Martin Racing (TRG-AMR) team is preparing for the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona at the end of the month, in pursuit of their fifth win at this historic event. This will be the third year in partnership with Aston Martin Racing, and their 21st run at what is considered our “Super Bowl of Motorsports.” Over the past two decades, TRG has operated in multiple series at nearly every level in racing — in Grand Am with Daytona Prototypes and Porsche – Pontiac GT cars, in American LeMans Series with Porsche GT cars, in NASCAR Sprint Cup and the Craftsman Truck Series, and currently in IMSA and Pirelli World Challenge with Aston Martin GT3’s and GT4’s. The team’s record-breaking results include four victories at the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona (once overall), a victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Petit Le Mans, nearly 200 professional podium finishes with over 60 wins and four championships spread throughout 21 years.

In 2016, TRG is honoring its illustrious heritage dating back to its years running Porsches with a fantastic new Porsche program anchored by four brand-new Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport race cars and the 2015 Pirelli GT3 Cup Trophy Championship winning Porsche GT3 car in its stable. The Porsche Caymans are an exciting new addition to an already strong and fast-paced program that falls under TRG’s umbrella of racing programs, which also includes a new IMSA GT3 Cup Challenge program. Customers can chose to race with top level TRG support in both programs for 2016. A limited number of customer driver spots are available for the 2016 season with Porsche Cayman GT4s available for lease on a race-by-race basis or for the entire season in any of the applicable series.

In addition, TRG is gearing up for a full season in Pirelli World Challenge with the Aston Martin Vantage GT4 cars, and is looking to campaign their Aston Martin V12 GT3 in the GT or GTA class for the full season. The team will be also be running their Aston Martin GT3 in the Intercontinental GT Challenge 6 Hours of the Americas in March.

Alongside these major pursuits with its own cars, the team continues to support customers in 2016 in the Pirelli World Challenge, the Pirelli GT3 Cup, and the Porsche Club of America. Additionally, TRG is exploring all options for multi-car programs in both the Lamborghini Super Trofeo and the Ferrari Challenge North America.

TRG’s scope covers more than professional sportscar racing and trackside support for its customers — the company has assembled the components of a successful sports marketing agency within the framework of the organization. These capabilities include sales and marketing, public relations, hospitality, vehicle graphic design and vinyl production, high performance parts sales and installation, and one very unique value proposition: an award winning boutique winery. Adobe Road Winery and TRG are both headed by Kevin Buckler, and the combination of the two businesses has surpassed all expectations and created an amazing network of unique opportunities and powerful relationships that benefit both companies.

With these assets, TRG also hosts Arrive & Drive track days with their pro drivers at top-level tracks around North America. At nearly every IMSA and PWC race weekend, our guests are offered full hospitality services, including healthy, gourmet meals at the track and unique wine dinners and experiences in the evening.

Overall, the team’s portfolio of diverse assets — racing with multiple car brands in a number of series, hosting luxury events for both business and pleasure, an award winning winery, and a long legacy of success — result in a winning combination that is The Racer’s Group.
